'It's been a busy few months for the FKOF Records team. We've got our next two physical releases done and dusted (which'll take us to the end of 2021) and we're working our way through a schedule of digital EPs that are reaffirming our love for the 140bpm sound. Our next FKOFd release does exactly this, and more.

'FKOFd051 officially welcomes another new artist to the FKOF family, but it's one we've worked with quite extensively over the years. Through a variety of aliases, we've always known Arkham Sound (fka nights) has a special something, and we're pretty sure - once you've listened to the EP - you'll know what we mean. Having worked with an impressive roster of labels like Sentry Records, Badman Studios and Sub Audio, we're delighted to welcome Lukasz to FKOF. Four tracks on the paid release, plus a free download via Bandcamp, and they're all serious weight.

'Our fifty-first digital release opens with the dark and moody 'Storm Brand', all twisted synths and tight percussion. Next up, the industrial 'Cosmic Horror' does what you'd expect it to; an almost hip-hop vibe but with a nightmarish flip. 'Watcher's Eye' was one of the first tunes that caught our ear with its beats, bass and space flow. It's a roller. Closing out the EP is 'Trenches'; a FKOF Sessions regular, a tune that always seems to get drawn for. It's full of wicked atmospheres, and is a great example of why we've signed the producer. The free download, 'Harbinger', takes things down a level and is the most stripped back and meditative inclusion on the EP. Absolute eyes down business!

'Coupled with amazing artwork from Turkish artist Lal Yetki, this EP with Arkham Sound sets the tone with what we've got coming over the next six months. It's been a pleasure working with Lukasz on this release and we know you'll enjoy the tunes as much as we do!'
